I keep getting accepted for a mortage ,until the appraiser drives by and sees the house borded up. Are their any options to getting around this issue,and closeing the loan. I definitly dont want to put money here,the house is paid off,but the houses next door are also borded up. Is their a soultion,or am I in still waters. thanks to all
