    Yeah I think you're absolutely right. Some great insight there. I'm fortunate that the cities in my area here are still searched quite often. I mean if you add up all the cities I'm going for it dwarves Orange County real estate, which is watered down with north county cities like you said.

    I switched some things around so we'll see how msn reacts the next time I'm spidered. It was kind of upsetting to get booted from #1 like that since all my leads were coming from msn seeing as how google page 1 is a long ways off.

    Other than reducing the attempts to spam "real estate" and "mls" every other sentence can you recommend anything that would help me out? Should my focus be on content? one way links?

    I got spidered again with the new content by msn. I'm still real low in the rankings. Is it possible you get penalized for reorganizing your site? Could it be my spammy blog on my main page?

    when is the last time you added content to the site.. IMO MSN likes fresh content.
