    We just recently purchased some pre-printed glossy postcards (we started a new property, and wanted to show it off).

    They only work with high resolution .tif files (300+ DPI). This means that you want someone with photoshop or illustrator knowledge doing the design work beforehand

    ecolor.cc as they are online (they are a digital print wholesaler, they do no design work)

    They only do glossy postcards, no normal ones =/

    Full awareness of the fact that I am here, a few questions so far. One Stubborn person called me who has been trying to FSBO his house for the last year, During that time he has done the MLS only stuff as well, but anyway, we have had a few conversations. I won't take the listing unless he were to lower the price at least 10% so that it was only 10% over priced by the time I listed it. We have not talked price at all though.

    I have one other person who was looking for a house through another realtor but she is kind of unhappy with the service she was getting so she is working with me now. She is in the middle of a kitchen remodel in the house in my neighborhood and will be ready to put it on the market in August. So if that holds together, the 900 pieces every 2 weeks will have gotten me a listing for about 650K and a purchase for 900K or higher. Plus anything else that comes along.

    Oh, I got lucky, there is not anyone else consistanly marketing to the area, and no one does more than 10% of the listings in the area in any 12 month period going back over 5 years now. Not bad for a neighborhood which is turning at about 6%

    kind of wordy but ...

    Mail marketing and several other low tech things still work very well. Especially if your goal is to get listings.
