MH financing

Hello all,

Just thought I'd take a shot...

Anyone have a good resource for MH Financing? Specifically, Single Wides.

I have resources for double wides, but can't get a single financed for beans!

We have an awful lot of single wides here, and no one will touch them due to financing.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried JCF Acceptance, Origen, or Greentree?
