yes that site uses css. all of our sites use css.

Well What I meant by "CSS-based" is that the site does not use <table> tags for layout purposes... Maybe I should refer to it as "tableless CSS design"

Yes, I am from Singapore. This web site which I am doing right now is a stepping stone for me to explore Internet as my next career. Apparently, it seems that Internet is more difficult to earn cash if you start up after the dot com bubble burst.

So I am thinking of exploring my career in other areas which does not solely depend on Internet for $$
