    These are the main steps you should consider while designing search engine friendly site..

    Using Well Formed, W3C Validated HTML Code
    avoiding maximum use of Flash Technology, JavaScript & Frames
    Proper use of URLs
    Website and Directory Structure
    Limiting the size of your web pages
    Proper use of Robots.txt file

    To make the website more SEO friendly it must have relevant content, competitive keywords and less flash.

    Any updated information on this subject??? Does the type of IDX feed matter at all??? I had read that raw data is best, and to stay away from frame-ins but now I have also read that it doesnt matter much. Input from SEO experts would be appreciated.

    How do you ping google? Do you mean the submit site to google or what?
