    Default advanced access template question

This one is for you advanced access members or the advanced access staff.

I am working on a new linking client site in Chandler URL www.onlineazhomes.net and I am wondering if anyone knows how to create a page in the backend that does NOT show in a frameset.

If you go down to the "Favorite links" button and then choose phoenix real estate you will see the page I created here http://www.onlineazhomes.net/Favorit...ID=55904#55904 but you get instantly redirected to a framed page I want to just have http://www.onlineazhomes.net/Favorit...ID=55904#55904 show and not the framepage which ends up being something like http://www.onlineazhomes.net/Nav.asp...fCatID%3d55904

Anyone know how to do this? Has anyone ever been able to create a static page other then the homepage on an AA site?

Are you working in the page manager? If so, when you create the link do not use the new window or frame option. It will create the link to an unframed page - check the source code of course.

I have done that already and it still creates a framed page, there is a redirect that takes it from the non framed to the framed page

    Yes actually it was

What I had to do was rewrite the URL's like so:

    http://www.onlineazhomes.net/PageMan...ID=000000&NF=1

where the 000000 corresponds with the page ID # in the database

Actually Morgan, you should've PM'd me. You know I've been working on getting static pages on my main AA site for my linking partners for some time now.

Sorry I've been away for awhile, but business calls and I need to make money. "Strike while the iron's hot" and so on.

When creating the links pages, use the page manager instead of the "favorite Links" canned page. See my real estate agents page, it has PR and has passed PR through all 54 of the pages that I took out of the frames.

I am very, very happy with the reults of my little test. Notice that when searching Google for Real Estate Agent Directory, my sites intor to my links pages does very well. I am result number 19 out of 4,150,000 results!!!

    See for your self: http://www.google.com/search?q=Real+...&start=10&sa=N

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anymore help with the awesome "Virtual Office" that AA has for it's members to edit their sites. It's kind of like Microsoft Word, or Front Page with a few quirks of its own.

    I figured you would.

Morgan, take a closer look at the page. When I click on Arizona I get Arkansas, when I click on Arkansas I get California, when I click on California I get Colorado and so on...

    Have fun with it!
