Not a big deal. I just thought you had assumed it was an AA site and wanted to let you to know it wasn't. The first time I saw an ihouse site I thought it was AA due to how close they are.Originally Posted by Vlado Tovarnak

My thoughts on the Sarasota Association of REALTORS actions.
I have to say i like my AA site, although i am getting some pr out of internal pages, most are pr2 or pr0, while my index is pr4. im a little out of my depth optimizing my site, but i doubt i would have been able to manage a site without their ease of use. no i dont work thereNow, the next site...
My Phoenix AA site is all me. I never paid AA more than the annual hosting fee.
I read in an earlier post that mine might have $100 an hour work done on it. Thank you for the compliment! It's all me. Though I have had a friend of mine add CSS for me to all my pages, but not full blown, just to make header tags certain colors and links act a certain way.
BTW, quick plug for my buddy fo rthe help. He owns a real estate business directory online and it is very successful, feel free to check it out folks.![]()
Back to AA, they provide THE best templated real estate websites out there, bar none. That does not mean that someone can not create a better one, jsut that they are the best right now and have been as long as I've been with them.
No one should expect a site to do well unless they are willing to do the work on it, or pay someone else to do it for them, NO ONE SHOULD EXPECT THAT.

Umm I am going to have to beg to differ, I don't usually plug my own stuff on the forum as I like it to speak for itself, but our template designs kill anything AA produces, and our code is a million times more search engine friendly.
So although AA is a great company from a customer service perspective (I will give you that, they are very helpful and strive to help educate their clients) there is no way the sites they provide are the best.
Sorry Matt - Call me biased but I would bet 99% of AA users would agree with me in a side by side comparison.

Morgan,
I thought you were in Beta?
Anyways, my opinion as I'm sure everyone else's is, is based on my personal experience's. To date, I have had no experience with any of your products. Especially not with any type of templated real estate web sites.
Of course, there is no doubt you are biased. That is to be expected whether your products are good or not you're going to love them, they're yours. I have to admit that I really like some of your custom designs so I highly doubt your templated stuff is going to be hack.
Why not take this opportunity to post a link to every site that is using your templated sites right now. Since I am asking it wouldn't be like you were trying to toot your own horn or anything. How many are there BTW? Clients of your templated sites that is.

I have not put a lot of work into this site as it is for example purposes however as you say, if you really want results and a great site you have to put a lot of work into your content etc
Here is an example of what we provide a client - Angela is the newest template client and has not placed her content yet as she is working on a branding strategy before she implements into her frame.

I'll take a good long hard look and get back here...
http://www.angelabaumbach.com is this a template as in your CMS or a CSS template without CMS?
