    Default Preimere BPO

Preimere BPO , Preimere Asset , Preimere whatever , doesn't pay . I've got 2 out for over 6 months now. I've been calling and leaving messages . I finally got ahold of someone today that said that they were the victom of fraud and they are behind 3 YEARS in paying off agents for bpos . 3 YEARS !! I'm on the "to Pay" list . So I guess in a few years when I receive that $155 check , I should jump for joy.

Please be cautious with those fly by night companies......

    Send them to collections
If you are looking for San Diego Real Estate or you want to view San Diego MLS listings (or at least that portion of the data feed that SANDICOR allows us to display on our websites) go to a local San Diego County real estate Agent's Site.

    Horrible Company,

    Unfortuantely, not fly by night.

They've been ripping off agents for several years now.

Another 'Rip-Off' company is BPO.com. If you're smart you will stay away from this one. I am slow, so, I tried them twice, the first time it took me a year and a half to get a check. The second time, is still waiting.

PremiereBPO.com is not the same comapny as Premiere Asset Services (PAS). Premierebpo = BAD.

PAS is actually a very good company, do both BPO's and REO listings. But it's very hard to get accepted into their network, and you have to pay for and pass their online training program once you're accepted.

Premiere BPO is only BPO's and they do not pay. I harassed them and did eventually get paid for a couple of the orders I did for them, but still haven't been paid for the rest.

    Default New BPO Company

We recently started a new BPO company and have several steady clients. Not paying someone promptly is unacceptable. I have several questions.

    1. Do you guys receive the orders/forms already in PDF format?

    2. What are some of your biggest complaints?

    3. What could some of the BPO companies do to make your job easier?

    4. What do agents typically get for a BPO (be honest)?

    5. What should you/they get?

    Thanks,
    Susie

To Susie - One thing you can do to make my life easier is to give me all of the info I need to do the BPO. I have done countless BPO's using property info from tax records, only to be told that the info I used is "incorrect" and I should have used the info from a recent appraisal - If you want me to use the info from the appraisal, give me that info when you send the order not after I am finished with the order.

Also, I cover 5 counties, and they all need differnt info to provide me with the property information - some tax assessor offices can only find a property based on the owner's name, some need the address, some need the parcel # - providing all of this info in the order would be very helpful.

I don't particularly like the e-mail attached forms, I prefer to submit info on a website - to me it's just more convenient.

I don't accept a desktop order for less than $35, I don't walk out my door to do a drive-by for less than $50, and I have charged up to $150 for a drive by. I don't do interior BPO's for less than $80, and due to the increased amount of work involved with an interior I don't do very many of them, they typically are not worth my time.

I hope this info is helpful to you, if you have any questions PM me.

Are You With Premiere Bpo? If You Are, You Said You Were A New Company But These Agent Complaints Have Been Going On For 3 Years +

I have also do BPO's for www. Brokerpriceopinion com. I had to hound them for my check, it took them about 4 months. They told me that they had a employee quit and she didnt leave any indication who was paid and who wasnt so they marked everyone paid. I have not done another BPO for them since.
