What can I Say? Just found this forum and I guess I Don't know were to begin. After 8 months , No training, Got Web Site, Door Hangers, Open Houses, Realtor Open Houses, Garage Sales, I'm still looking for that magic bullet. The one thing I have learned is I can pay for all this stuff with only one sale. what a joke. I've got more new friends who want to sell me something and none want to buy. Does this sound familor?
Anyway Hi - Now that I got that out of my system - What the first step to get the most out of this site?

Welcome to REW. When I first got here I started reading as much as I could without ever posting. That way I didn't have to post questions that had already been answered. Hope you learn a lot here!
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

There is so much here it's difficult to pinpoint. If you don't yet have a website you might want to jump to more real estate related posts. We have our own search function but the more general the search terms, the harder to find exactly what you might be looking for.
