Default Getting Started In The Foreclosure Business

I've been reading books and doing research online about foreclosures yet I don't feel confident about going out and pursuing one. Unfortunately, I don't really know anyone that can guide me in this type of business. I'm wondering if there are any courses, seminars or mentoring programs that anyone would advice before taking a dive into the foreclosure market. On the other hand, if this business is not that complicated and you think that someone with just some common sense can start right away... let me know that too. Thanks.

Which do you think is easier, recording an infomercial and selling a bunch of uninformed people a bunch of books on how to get rich quick for pennies on the dollar -- or actually doing what it says to do in the books and actually making money?

Why do you think they are selling you books?

Rule of thumb: if something is easy, it is doubtful you can make any money at it unless at least one party is very uninformed and you take advantage.

The question becomes if it is not that complicated why isn't more people doing it? After finding a "potential" foreclosure, do you have any hesitations to visiting your local or county courthouse to do further research?

If you understand the foreclosure process, you may find that your return can be greater the earlier in the process you decide to become involved.

Learning Foreclosure is at first hard, but just like everything else in life, once you get the feel of it, it's easy.

Search Online, everything you need to know is somewhere for Free..no need to buy those old books for $2000.00...those infomercials are design for one thing, just one thing..to make money off you, nothing more, nothing less.
most of those people dont even do whatever they're selling..

I read an Article in Australia about some Robert A... (not sure if thats the right person-but sure it is) some radio host offered him $1,000,000 (the host showed the check to him)if he could just make 100 of this seminar students into millionaires within 30 days..what he did was keep on walking...

here find if your mentor is a ripoff
