Any experience with this developer - Gemcraft Homes?

[Not Good Enough]

Purchased a home from this builder 5 years ago. Work is very shoddy. The worst experience in my life and I will never , ever have a house built ever again. Gemcraft lies.. everyone in the company has lied. I suppose this is so they dont have to deal with the problems that need to be fixed. There were so many things wrong with our home....half of them got fixed but then we stopped calling Gemcraft because they started ignoring us. They wont return calls, lie, etc, etc. They will leave you high & dry!

Avoid this builder like the plague...if you want to be plagued by no snow removal, failures to fix problems, and terribly paved streets.
