Default Alternatives To Top Producer (CRM Software)

    Hello all...

We are a rather large team with 10 inside staff members and 14 buyer agents that all work for one agent.

For our CMR system we use Top Producer, which provides headache after headache and just cannot accomodate our needs efficiently.

    So- we're looking to switch.

I have searched endlessly and have no found any quality WEB BASED programs... if someone has had a particularly good experience with one, please share!

It seems Top Producer has a strong-hold on this market as there are not many alternatives to it.

    Thanks!

Why not have someone custom code you one? All the features you want, none you don't and full control!
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

I use something called Simple Remote...not all the bells and whistles, but easy to use. I do not think it is web based!

Ha! I meant CRM... my fault, was (and still is) a long day, sorry about that.

I found one company called CompleteCRM.com, but not sure about them since I've never heard of them before... but a maybe a new company isn't a bad thing.

Also thinking about SalesForce for implementation, although they're not built specifically for the RE industry...

I personally use Agent Office and it too has some limitations. But seems to do pretty well on the multi-user/networking end. I do however agree with webmaster, in that if you want what you want, then the only true solution would be to have it designed specifically for your purposes. Otherwise you're going to have to deal with some built-in limitations imposed because these programs are deisgned to fit and suit the masses.

I sometimes think that even a really good add-on written for Outlook or ,even better, Thunberbird would be an acceptable solution. Any thoughts from anyone?

After I build the backend for my broker's site I plan on building one of my own. I would rather program one and have it do exactly what I want than pay 20-30$ a month for something with limitations.

After more than 2 years of development and testing, I have a complete solution for Real Estate Client Relationship Management. This is a cut sheet of the functionality:

    Love some feedback!!!!

Outlook 07 has a ton of CRM features.
I personally use another Outlook (2003) plugin called http://www.eurekaware.com/. I'm happy with the results.
