Definitions of Personal Property

  • If it’s attached to the estate there’s no debate. Property that is not attached or affixed to real property. Property which is not included in a real estate transaction if not specified in the Real Estate Sales Contract. Examples of personal property: Curtains, Picture Frames and other Décor. Examples of property that are not considered personal property: Light Fixtures/Ceiling Fans, Alarm Systems and Land Scape.
