Custom IDX / MLS Solutions

Your local real estate board publishes property listings in a stream (a feed) that we can direct onto your website with "IDX" technology. It means your visitors can search for their new house without leaving your website. It means you can get leads to register in your system in exchange for access to beautiful, searchable property listings.

Our CORE install is a fully functioning IDX platform (out of the box) with all the bells and whistles including Google mapping, CRM / Analytics, drip email functionality, and much more. Beyond the initial CORE defaults and your selected customizations, you can pay to customize the search design and functionality 'til the cows come home.

Integrated vs. Iframed

Our custom IDX solutions are so popular because they are integrated into your site content, rather than hosted in another location and iframed onto your site (which is the standard solution from most other vendors). Because the property listings and search results pages are actually a part of your site, they can attract a lot of relevant search engine traffic.

Moreover, an integrated IDX solution means you have more control over the search — you have the ability to put what we call "IDX snippets" onto pages, to show lists of properties that are relevant to the page, such as foreclosures on a foreclosures page, or properties over $1M on a luxury page, or Smithville properties on the Smithville neighborhood page.

We're an approved vendor for all of the boards you see below, and if you don't see your board in the list, it's probably because we simply haven't setup a feed for someone in your market, yet. But we probably can — just ask us!
