MRIS - METROPOLITAN REGIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Acquiring your feed: The required paperwork is in the form of an "initial questionnaire". REW will supply a partially complete questionnaire for the broker to fill out and fax or email to Danielle Blanchard. Once complete and submitted, MRIS will contact the broker within 48 hours with the contract. This will acknowledge that website development can begin. Contact us as soon as the contract has been received so we can begin the development process. Internally, once a sample website is complete, REW will submit the site for approval to MRIS. After Michelle Yam, the director of the MRIS Compliance Department, signs off on the website the process will flow to contracts, where the finalization of the licensing agreement is made. It is at this point that the IDX can be publicly displayed.
Available for: Agent with Broker Signoff
Estimated feed approval time: One Month For Standard IDX setup
If no feed is available to "agents": MRIS allows all of its authorized members to have IDX access with broker approval. If you have having difficulty obtaining this approval, please contact Real Estate Webmasters and let us use our experience to assist you.
