REALTRACS - Realtracs Solutions

This is an organization owned by seven REALTOR Associations created to provide a regional MLS for Tennessee. These MLS's include Greater Nashville, Williamson County, Middle Tennessee, Southern Middle Tennessee, Eastern Middle Tennessee, Clarksville, and Sumner County Board of REALTORS. If you belong to any of these Boards, IDX services will be provided through Realtracs.

Acquiring your feed: Contact Real Estate Webmasters and we will supply you with the necessary paperwork for you to fill out and your Principal Broker to sign.

Available for: Agent with Broker Signoff

If no feed is available to "agents": Realtracs allows all qualified agents to access IDX with broker approval. Contact Real Estate Webmasters for an information packet.

Limits / Rules: MLS attribution, brokerage branding visibility, broker reciprocity logos, disclaimers and copyright notices must be displayed.
