Unfortunatly, We cannot track back a buyer to a specific user on HouseViewOnline. We do not require registration on the site nor do we use tracking cookies. What we can saw is the of the IP address that visit our most are either regular users or avid users.

I would have to say RIGHT ON!!!

I am considering turning on Registration on my sites, but will have to read in the forum a bit more to see if it is lead prevention.

leave the registration off. Post your number and other contact info promently on the site. You will get fewer leads, but the leads will be of a better quality.
