Jeff,

I think the most important area of the web page it what shows up at the top without any scrolling down. You need to get you featured listings area to appear to people when they land on your page. Right now your list of communities doesn't tell me what to do or what's going to happen when I click on one of the towns.

I would work on my description. Make it like a classified ad that is making a compelling offer instead of just stuffing a list of your keywords.
I would also make it clear one or two things that you can help people do. Believe or not, some people are unclear about what a realtor can help them with. And believe it or not, some people are actually shopping around actually looking for an agent to help them. If you don't have a picture or anything, they'll just consider that you're some big impersonal business.

I would have all those community events and news on another page with only a headline or something pointing them there.
