There's just too much going on there. Your eyes don't know where to look first. Splashes of color, backgrounds layered on backgrounds, overworked graphics, too highly stylized for my taste. I can't get past the graphics to really see what the site consists of.

I get it... it's supposed to be like scrapbooking! I think that's where this idea evolved from.
