Summary Screen - What are all these cool things
Welcome to your new lead manager - When you click the lead management tab, you will be confronted with the lead summary screen. You can change the date of this screen from today, to this week, or this month to the right of summary profile.
But let's talk about the summary screen - I will explain what these things you are seeing are, and what they do / mean.
I will start with admin (Most single agent users)
Action buttons (Green buttons and drop downs) there are several action buttons you can use in the summary screen, they are
Email (Click that to send an email to one or more selected leads)
Delete (Click to delete selected leads)
Assign: (Click this to assign selected to leads to an agent, you must first have entered your agents into the system)
Add to Group (Click to assign selected leads to a group, you must first have created at least one group)
Below this you will see the new leads box. There is a select all / select none toggle, click these to select all or de-select all leads.
Next onto the new leads table - this is a display showing all new leads for the day / week / month.
To the left you will see a check box, this is if you would like to select that particular lead for action (See above action items)
You will then see the leads name as entered into a contact or registration form - Click the leads name to go into the lead detail screen for that lead
The next column is Visits - This will have a number in it which corresponds with the number of times this lead has visited your site.
SFAV - This is the saved favorites column - This is for IDX users only, if you have an REW IDX, this column will report how many saved favorites the lead has.
SSRCH - This is the saved searches column - This is for IDX users only, if you have an REW IDX, this column will report how many saved searches the lead has.
Date: This is the date that the lead registered (Became a lead)
The next table you will see on the summary screen is the "Returning Leads" screen. Select all / none check box, lead name are all identical.
Under the visits section you will now see 2 numbers. These numbers correspond with the amount of visits (The first number) within a given timeframe, and the total visits (The second number)
Saved searches and saved favorites also have 2 numbers corresponding to amount of saved favs or searches during your timeframe, vs alltime favorites and searches.
The date field on returning visits is the date they last returned, not the date they registered.
You will also see a status field as an administrator beside your returning visitors telling you if the lead is still pending (An agent has not accepted it) whether it has been accepted or whether it has been rejected.
