I have two different cards. One for Broker Open Houses and one for everything else. The Broker Open House cards included a 40% Referral Offer. First time I did this I was working for NRT, I caught Hell for that, really ruffled some feathers in that office. You should have seen all the excuses the Seasoned Agents had for me not doing this. Thing is, I took the idea from one of the biggest agents in the county. I refused to stop to the dismay of many.

To this day I still use the Referral Offer on the back, but now I only pass them out when am on Vacation or hitting Broker Open Houses outside of my area.

My original intention was to not only to solicit listings, but take buyers from agents that didn't like to work with them. I also offered this to numerous agents that were ready to exit the biz. They could not understand why I would want their business.

We 'carry' our identity on the back of our cards. While some people don't like it because it makes scribbling on the back impossible, we've found it to be eye-catching and a differentiator from the sea of vanilla business cards.

Business cards are good tools, I feel they are under rated. Probably because they have been around for such a long time, but I think they are one of my best tools.
