Beware of people that beware you. (MOD EDIT)
I noticed a few posts from REMOVED FROM MODERATOR.
I just wanted to mention to be careful of REMOVED FROM MODERATOR. Most of us in the Chicago land area are learning of them. They have backdoored people…stiffed them on fees….and are now in the process of filing bankruptcy to try to get out of paying people what they are owed. If you are speaking to them, ask them for their lawyers name and number to confirm. If they don’t give it to you......write back...I will give it to you. Im just here to help us that are proper business people. They will tell you that they have a lot of real estate knowledge. Test them on it. Its kind of funny. Their knowledge, however, has not brought them to realize that this industry is small….and people learn of them fast. I would not recommend doing business with them and would pass this on to the next person. Just a courtesy warning. Last edited by kyle422; 02-14-2008 at 02:35 PM.

it's only slanderous if it's untrue and spoken.
