Default Which channels to use for sale of large waterfront plot/land?

Hi everyone,
I just received a task to sell a large waterfront plot land in Greece with a price of, lets say in excess of $ 2 million, but thats not important now..the point is that, its alot of money involved..unfortunately, i have limited knowledge of the real estate industry especially concerning sale of large plot land; Im more inclined to SEO and marketing..

So, if I would ask you guys: Which channels can I use for the sale of this large plot land?;, or which can be the best channels to get to investors/private owners or anybody that might consider buying this plot land (all of it) not for sale in parcels..that is. I'm not so sure about finding a broker or anything like that, that might take a large piece of the pie, but if there are some other solutions please do suggest e.g. advertising on viviun . com ?

I know for you guys this may be logical and simple, but since I lack industry experience I can only guess how to try to sell this. I know putting it on my site, wont work, since I get 50-70 unique visitors per day and Im not targeting investors or large construction companies.

I would be content if you can just push me in the right direction, or clarify the pros and cons of selling hefty plot land in an exclusive place like Greece.

Thanks in advance, and I wish all of you a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year!

Darko

You might want to consider contact major builders. Many of them have sections on their websites where you can submit information on the lot you're selling. They're usually pretty good with giving you a full price, but as long as it makes sense for their business.

Try looking up major construction companies in your area and check out their websites. Also, you might want to try contact the smaller developers as well, just try calling them.

A majority of any real estate agents business comes from referrals. Get someone local. Get someone who can do it right. Get a referral commission bigger than your last paycheck!

My thoughts exaclty. Up to you, but it would make sense to farm it out to someone that knows the area and can service it far better than you probably can (no offense). I have been asked to take listings that are in St Pete and I am in Tampa and I always turn them down or farm them out to someone else for a referral fee. Makes no sense for me to even attempt to do this as I just cant give them the service they deserve.
