WOW this is an old thread to post on! How old? Look back about 6 posts to "Las Vegas RE Specialist", That was my login here 1.5 years ago when I was in Las Vegas.

I actually did notice how old it was, but its still showign up on the top of google when searched for the term "top producer forum"

So that is why I posted, fiqured I could post some useful informationf or anybody googleing info about Top Producer
