What is up with Yahoo now?
After many months of being #6 - #8 on Yahoo for "Sunnyvale Real Estate" My listing has vanished. Any Ideas why this may have happened?

It's quite possible you were hit for keyword spam Jim,
The only thing a search engine can really read on your main URL is the keyword spam posted in the noframes tag This is from your homepage Code:

I think webmaster is right.
This guy www dot realestate.bellingham.net/ got hit with the penatly with his spammy noframes hidden text. He doesn't rank for any thing that has to do with bellingham real estate in yahoo. His site has been like this for couple years now. So good luck getting back in if this is the case.

Just because your website hasn't changed doesn't mean yahoo has not - also spam is only spam to search engines once it's detected, you could have been flying under the radar, and finally it got caught.
The fact of the matter is - you should remove it, not because it is a potential cause of an issue, but because every self respecting SEO will tell you, there are ways to organically generate rankings the "right" way, and stuffing keywords is not one of them.

That very well could be true but for years I've seen what I call "the disappearing Yahoo trick" where sites vanish for a period of a month or so only to return a little stronger with no modifications. It's particularly prominent with newer sites.
Certainly it's a good idea to get rid of the spammy tags because they wouldn't be helping much anyway and will only cause problems but your site is still in their index if that helps.

Wow my site disappeared again from Yahoo. I had been #6 on the first page for Sunnyvale Real Estate for a couple months and now it is gone again. I hope it comes back soon it is almost Spring time
