MikeNY,
All this Assistant does is watch the Computer Screen 8AM to 9PM M-F, 10AM to 9PM Sat., and 2PM to 9PM Sunday, make the outgoing calls through the day repeatedly over and over to long-term leads, take incoming calls, and send out E-mails (canned and original).

Tsteuwer,
The Bogus numbers (25%) are part of it, but for the Prospects that are turned on by your USP and more Serious (because of it), they are more likely to give Accurate Contact Info.
The Proctor Success Key is the USP and to try your Best in being able to Communicate with the Prospect by phone instead of E-mail, so you can try to secure the Qualified Appointment if possible, or start the foundation to build a more personal relationship.
Proctor says if you can't get Folks to want to talk to you, then your USP isn't strong enough, and you're blending in with the crowd.
For those Prospects that you only have a Good E-mail Address, then the Very Good Non-Generic Drip Campaign that appears to be Original is your Best Shot.
Proctor has also developed a Video E-mail Series that is Quite Professionally produced to be his Drip Campaign, and by all accounts, is working Very well for him and his Inter Circle.
A top SEO Search Engine ranking to get leads by default is one thing, but then the Site must be able to Capture Accurate Contact Info. thur Design AND USP.
Lighting up the Crawlers is one thing (Important Big Time), but then come the Living-Breathing Prospects that write the check.
Then the follow-up gets you to Home Plate with the Serious Players.
Those sitting in the Dug Out might get up to bat with the Perfected Drip.

Follow up is key. That is great that you have an assistant who can instantly call these leads back.

I've been thinking about getting a phone with e-mail capabilities so that I can contact my leads immediately even if I'm out of the office. I think it will give me the best shot at contacting my leads before they find another agent.

Yes, its alot of money..maybe you can get discounted for an upgrade or something. The one the realtors use can download the listings from the MLS too, so that when you're out on the road and they point out a house, you have the info.
