David, you may want to hire Ronnieg. It willl save you money in the long run an give you an education as well. There is a real art and science to it. IMHO, Ron knows what he is doing in google PPC.

David, keep in mind what a potential google searcher is doing online. No offense, but I highly doublt they're going to type your name into a search bar.

You need to focus your ppc ads on people searching for homes online and make sure your landing page converts at least 20% of your traffic.

Do this and you can literally capture 30 to 50 leads a day without trying very hard. I did it and barely know what I'm doing!

May I ask what your monthly PPC Budget is, the Number of Keywords you use, and your Conversion Rate from a Lead to a Deal is?
