Some of the agents in my office are taking a look at wisewagent.

I believe they saw it at the family reunion and were fairly impressed with the ease of use.

You can find it here www dot thewiseagent dot com

They've asked me to research and review it for them, but unless they're paying me for my time, I don't have time to do this at the moment so I have no clue how good it is.

I'm using about three databases now...outlook is one of them. It would just be nice to have everything in one spot...find one system that does it all. Has anyone had experience with the system Jessie mentioned....thewiseagent??

I just signed up for the new Top Producer 8i. I am switching over from ACT. To be honest, Act seem to be a much more refined and user friendly product. It is just not set up well for real estate. I switched to TP for the contact management and the drip email system. I'm going to give it a try for a few months.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for ACT?

I believe it was around $150. I see that they are offering Act for Real Estate at $299 and $470 for a premium edition - http://www.act.com/products/realestate/

I just posted a new thread about Act 2008 and looking for some words of encouragement on whether I should go for the upgrade or not. Here's the thread: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread23535.html Even if you have the 2007 version of Act I would appreciate some feedback. I've been using the program for years and actually love it. It did have a steep learning curve in the beginning...but it's been pretty good for my business personally.

I recently upgraded to Top Producer 8i and it is much smoother, much easier to use. It still does WAY more stuff than I need to do, but it is better to have it and not need it than to need a feature and not have it.
