This is just to submit the articles, not to write them. Just submitting the article to 50 different online sources could take a few hours. I would love to know if there is a company that would submit your article to 50 different sources

Mark - there are tons of guys in India that will offer that service really cheap. From experience...you get what you pay for. I've pretty much sworn off of using those guys - they were all butchering the submissions, and a lot of the submissions looked really bad.

Eric-I agree, I'm not looking for work being done for pennies on the dollar, because I am a true believer you get what you pay for. But at the same time I don't wan to pay someone $100/hour just to submit articles. There has to be something in between.

Wow are these submission sites picky. Jeeze you offer them free original content and they get all high and mighty on you. Not to mention each one has their own hugh list of guidelines and TOS.

Actually, the pickier they are the better. If you want a quality backlink, and/or a quality resource for articles, the article directories that screen well are the best places to do business with.

Well, normally the idea is that you spend time writing quality content for these directories to build a linking portfolio.. which would eventually help your site rank... which then leads to.. leads.

It pays off or else people wouldn't do it.

Actually, different marketing works for different people.

I know many successful agents that only have a web site incase people look them up. It does not generate any leads and does not even show up in the SERPs. I know many other agents that have had great success in print or direct mail.

Some people will try anything to see IF it works. So just because agents are doing it does not mean it IS working.

So to say it works or agents would not do it is not a good argument.

If they have a site just in case someone decides to look them up, chances are they aren't spending too much time on their site's SEO. Which is why it isn't ranking or garnering leads.

The thing about SEO is that it's all a waiting game. Trying it out for a while to see if it works may not get you anywhere... nowhere depending on what you're trying to rank for.

Online marketing is something you have to put a lot of work into before it starts paying off.. but when it does, it really pays off. I'm sure there are tons of agents here who agree.

I do think it's possibly for anyone to have great success with their website and real estate business through SEO; you just really have to plug away at it to get somewhere.

Just my thoughts, though.
