Does REW work with local web devs (along the lines of re-branding REW solutions) for deeper market penetration?
or Does REW only work directly with the consumer/agent/broker? Thanks, |

Here is a good example http://southbeachrealestate.com/search
We did not design this website, nor the layout of the IDX (Mockups etc) they were provided by an external team that we were requested to work with. The REW team did all the html and CSS based on the mockups, and integrated the REW IDX technology. Also this domain is not even hosted on the REW servers (The actual website) if you look behind the source, you will see that the IDX is actually seamlessly being integrated via an iframe that is fed from our servers at rewidx.com the actual IDX technology is fed from our servers at sfarmls.rewidx.com/seandwyer/ This is just one example of the ways we are able to work in partnership with other developers.

As an established local provider in my region, I have relationships with a large chunk of the mls members. I'm reaching the point where the coding is becoming unattended to the degree of which I want. So I'm searching for an upstream provider. The benefit to me is proper attention to the code with a trade for a percentage of profits. The benefit to upstream provider is more productivity in terms of sales (gain a few hundred overnight) and an easier workload in the support dept (only a single point of contact for a few hundred sites). My only other option is to continuously hire out the coding side. I suppose I dream of a world where non-competing local/territorial providers collectively cooperate with an upstream provider. Where the upstream doesn't provide end-user support. And the downstream has territorial protection. Quote:
