Don't mean to keep driving this thread too deep into the Gulf...but my brother is an architect in Galveston...
His building is across the street from the out of place-tall insurance building.

His firm does several types of architecture ... restorations, historic preservation, custom homes to UTMB and other government buildings.
I don't really think he works with any builders per se... he may manage construction projects and prefer certain contractors and builders though.

well thats a good sign... we only get about 500 uniques a day but I would like to get that up... but it is working well for us... Galveston is doing ok... and will be strong in the spring I think!

500/day is great that translates into around 15000 unique visitors/month. You should be generating a steady channel of leads with that kind of traffic.
I've noticed an increase in past couple of days. Looks like we are off to a great start for new year, had 50+ leads come through today thus far and we still have 6 hrs. left

I just sold the pc optics building downtown Galveston... near corner of church and 23rd... it has a lot of potential to be a very nice buidling. Spring time is here in Galveston and things are going CRAZY... its hard to post!

congrats, glad to here galveston real estate is on track, we will be there in mid-may, going to stay at the beach house for a couple of days and then taking cruise for week on the conquest. time for a break....Dallas has been busy as well here lately on buying, selling and renting side...

had a great time and ready for another vacation! Cruise was very nice as well, won $2000 on roulette the first night which was definetely a great start to vacaction. of course still had to work in the middle of ocean while on vacation, brought lap top with me and went to casino bar for an hour or so every night to catch up on email and forward leads to agents.
next cruise will be on this ship, check it out.... http://www.oasisoftheseas.com
