I spent about 5 seconds on your website and clicked the Back button.

The reason? GoogleAds. Remove them.

Are you looking to make money in real estate or in GoogleAds?

Any website that I visit and the first thing I see is GoogleAds, I click on Back button immediately. I'm sure I'm not the only one. At this point, your design and content is pretty irrelavant.

I'm sorry if I come out too harsh, but I think it's really annoying when agent's sites have ads on them. Sell real estate, not the ads.

I think you should remove the google ads campaign. Like Russell said you are in real estate sales. Also, from a SEO stand point your site has no real content on the home page. The interior pages seems to be a frame of non-unique content, which is a big no-no if you want to get good positioning on google. I know you are new on this forum and still learning but if I may make a suggestion. Scrap your current website and start over with a SEO friendly built design. REW has waived the set up fee (usually around 800.00) and the templates are all SEO friendly. I have went to agent image, advanced access, and about another 10 pretender companies. You will not find better value then what you can get through REW.

I agree about the ads. Not good.

Also-- the two photos are so different. One is a log cabin and the other a Mediterranean mansion. You may alienate one view while trying to attract another. I think you have to pick which market you are going to serve and stick with that. Or make the overall site more general -- then divide it into sections-- that could work.

The search sign up -- dont like the idea of making a someone sign up for the search before let them know what they are signing up for. So I would allow viewers to see at least one listing if not more before requiring them to sign up.

I agree with some of the other posts on content.

I am a minimalist. Too much going on the front page for me with images and I can't find any SEO related content or any content at all.


I do agree with everyone else about the Google Ad's. Definitely destroys your credibility.

Your front page loads pretty quick but your interior pages load really slow for me. Page loading speed is a big thing when I personally surf the net. If your site isn't showing me info in about 5-10 seconds I move on.

If you want to keep your ads reposition it in the footer instead or blend it well in the mid part of your site, also try to use a uniform text in your post that makes your site looks more professional.

I think your only negative is the Google ads. These bring down the credibility of any site in my opinion. I know it's an easy way to make some extra cash, but it's not going to really ever bring you any significant profits, so I would drop them, just my two cents.
