Wanted to know if you loose value if you add a word in the anchor text like this:

Florida Real Estate
or
Miami Florida Real Estate


"Florida Real Estate"
When the serps are considering the websites relevance to this term will it hurt if the title of the page or the anchor text from other websites say "Miami Florida Real Estate" instead of just "Florida Real Estate"??

From what I have seen, it can pull all four words, or three words as key word, just depending what is dominant in the text (just what I have seen from my site).

Those two keywords will give you different SERP, Miami Florida Real Estate will not hurt Florida Real Estate but it wouldn't help it either.
