Default Luxury Investor website

Please check out this site and let me know if it appeals to wealthy investors.
www.rnr-solutions.com

The original concept is to target wealthy investors for the featured luxury community. I was brought in to update and change it around so it appeals to both the investor and endbuyer. Thinking of changing the index page (get rid of stock leaf) and bring in two sites to link to....investor/endbuyer.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Hi berg, here's my 1.15 cents...

The Flash intro isn't necessary. But if you keep it, I would suggest that you start rolling the text right away and shorten it. I felt like I spent too much time (I know, only seconds) watching that leaf float around.

The bottom of the content area doesn't line up (I'm using FF). No footer? I'm used to seeing a footer at the bottom of web pages. I like footers.

I would also optimize your photos.

Take it easy,
Yoyo

You can't see the bottom of the page where it says "enter here" so you don't realize that you can skip the flash.

I thought the flash was the best part of the site. When looking at your site I don't get that "luxury" feeling. It looks kind of armature. I would expect something more sleek looking.

Just my two cents, for whatever it's worth.

Thanks for input! Its much appreciated.

My new site will most likely not have flash--at least not with that stock leaf!

When I have it up and running, I might run it by you again.
Do you have a site you need some feedback on?

Great community spirit Emily - if you wish to give back to the site review process, just check out the next thread down the list - what goes around comes around in site reviews, so check out and comment often, that way when you post your site again, people will remember and provide you great feedback.

I don't really think the flash screens are necessary either.

The home page looks a little busy, not very clean looking.

Not sure I like the green color used in the boxes, might look cleaner if you leave it white.

When you click on this page--- http://www.rnr-solutions.com/GreyRock_Lots.html

It would be nicer if once they choose to enlarge one photo-- they can just click a next button and go to the next photo. It is a bit of a pain to have to click the next photo expand it -- shut it and then go to the next photo to expand. I see this a lot with travel sites. It's a little frustrating to the user.

You have some really beautiful photos.

I really like the online reports section. I may add that idea to my site. I deal with investors too. Not luxury investors-- its a little different market. I like your site.

No with the intro, lessen the step as much as possible for the users to get what they're looking for which in your case is your service.

Yes, that's the most important point, along with the flash intro actually hurting your SEO as well.
