This all starts with not knowing who you are doing business with. Before starting a business relationship with a company that sends you an order via the internet, give them a call, find out how long they have been in business, ask them about payment methods etc... I get plenty of BPO orders at my real estate business and the orders don't even have a phone number or address of the company. We are always looking to add good REO brokers to our roster of agents and with our new outsource division we are going to be sending a ton of BPO and REO orders out. www (dot)foreclosure(dot)com.

Found another company that rips off agents. Consolidated Asset Management CAM in Tennessee. I completed the interior order and submitted it on time. A month later I emailed concerning payment, I was told that they had been trying to contact me because the order was never completed. They had all contact #'s possible, but they never called, never emailed. They cancelled the order the day I contacted them for payment. DO NOT DO THEIR ORDERS, you too will be burned.
