This all starts with not knowing who you are doing business with. Before starting a business relationship with a company that sends you an order via the internet, give them a call, find out how long they have been in business, ask them about payment methods etc... I get plenty of BPO orders at my real estate business and the orders don't even have a phone number or address of the company. Found another company that rips off agents. Consolidated Asset Management CAM in Tennessee. I completed the interior order and submitted it on time. A month later I emailed concerning payment, I was told that they had been trying to contact me because the order was never completed. They had all contact #'s possible, but they never called, never emailed. They cancelled the order the day I contacted them for payment. DO NOT DO THEIR ORDERS, you too will be burned.
