I'm a newbie with REO listings, so I apologize if this is a dumb question, but what does someone like Ocwen charge for listings? I tried signing up on their website, and it says they are currently waiving their $50 agent membership fee (great, I thought) Then it asks you around step 7 for credit card info for their "standard charges" Assuming I did sign up, what would they be charging me for and for how much?

I couldn't get the greenlinkbpo.com site to come up.....is it just me?
GreenLink no longer exists.... HomEq is doing the REOs and the BPOs dissapeared in to thin air..

It is a minimal charge...I some folks who use them, but I fired them some time ago because they are more of a pain in the arse than they are worth. JMHO

It takes hard work and networking. I starting getting reo's after doing many bpo's and signing up with reo AM companies, i even paid for a few, that have paid off for me.
