I like the colors and how you have the market stats right at the top. I think the home page might be a little wordy, but that is only my opinion.

Looks great Marc! Are the snippets for the searches at the bottom of the pages contained in the Main Page footer?

Is there a special snippet that gives the price range links for a specific area without generating the listings below the price range links? If so could you share it?
