Well the site really has a "dated" look to it. I would encourage you to find a stencil and just plug your information in. There are a lot of good stencils out there.
There is too much copy. Not a lot of varying of copy sizes. I would do what I could try to give the site a more corporate look. I think that will go a long way to win the trust of the site visitor.

Hi-
The only comment that I would make beyond what has been posted here is that the title of your site (in red) looks a little fuzzy on my screen. I don't know why but I have to squint to see it right........... then again I'm over 40.

Wait till you get to 47 - in the last year I had to go to the drugstore and get 4 or 5 pairs of those magnifying glasses to read a contract! LOL
Really Dena, I have tried to use reds before and some people can't see it and don't like it, especially in text.
