You need a bold heading. Something that tells the consumer what the site is about. I think your bounce rate is going to be pretty high unless you make some changes. And the ads have to go!

The content of the site is alright, but very hard to read. I'd suggest bigger text.

not a fan of the green background, hard to read complete logo at top, C blends in with background

side navigation structure seems to be ok although moves slow

didn't have any problems with flash on my end but would definetely adjust to 1024

Hi Robert,
I have the same opinion as Dallas broker, not so sure of the green background and as said the 'c' in the logo is lost a bit.
apart from that i liked the flash presentation it gave the site some focus and it all looked good in my eyes, maybe the colors of the ads on the right could do with some fine tuning, but all in all not so bad.

I do not like the flash. As stated earlier, it does look very amatureish (even the logo at the top left - the reflection effect your trying to create isn't smooth. It's very blocky.)

I also would consider making the bottom grey cylinder expand all the way to the right. It's kind of awkward how it just stops like half way through the page. You may even consider centering the whole page.

Last but not least, I do not like the ads. They stand out more than any of the content on the page.

The only problem I have with this is the flash. Very unnecessary in my opinion, but it's up to you.
