Interesting... I've actually have been contacted by several buyers from TruliaVoices and made an offer on a property this past weekend. I'm enjoying TruliaVoices, at a local neighborhood level (Don't get me started on my annoyance with Trulia accepting RealtyTrac bad info - for a fee).

Since this can be done on Trulia, have you tried it on Facebook? and Facebook Advertisements for your business? It allows similar info and web-links.
