Here is the PageRank 'foolbar' ranking:
BSchroeder, when I say PageRank, I'm not talking about the Toolbar. TBPR or Toolbar PageRank are the terms I use to refer to the "foolbar". Also, you don't need too much PageRank to get pages indexed - its just nearly impossible to get them all into the main index without a ton of inbound juice.

Here are the results of Google indexed pages:
Competing site indexed pages = 38,700
My indexed pages = 912
Where are you getting the 38,700 number? By running a site:domain.com?

If all you care about is the site:domain.com results, just interlink your pages more heavily. I've gotten Google to crawl ~25,000 pages on a site with barely any inbound links using heavy interlinking.

The widget Morgan is talking about is also undoubtedly a piece of the puzzle. At the end of the day, the problem boils down to internal link strategy and link building.

Thanks, Halfdeck. As far as PageRank goes, I know not to put too much stock in the toolbar/foolbar (TBPR) results as they aren't necessarily the same thing as real PageRank. It was just one element I looked at when comparing my site to one that is heavily indexed. And, yes, the indexed page number results I provided did come from a site:domain.com query on Google.

I've been given some suggestions on better internal site linking and will certainly be making some changes in that regard.

Thanks again for your responses. I've learned a lot from your posts on this and other threads.

If this a pagerank issue, would doing say a few blog posts and linking to idx details pages be helpful? You could try and do a post on luxury homes in a certain neighbourhood and link to the details pages.....
