Sounds like a good tool. We do not have that here in Houston that I am aware of, but I do market my listings to area realtors who do a high volume of production. I have to find those agents on my own. Sounds like you could put together a package and submit to those agents with the prospects with little effort. Sounds good to me.

BA = buyer's agent.

If you offer more commission, you would increase the probability the buyer's agent would include your listing for showing.

Yup, thats exactly the same type of system I use.

Makes it very easy to beat the other agent in the head with a sledge hammer to wake them up to show your listing to their buyer.
