209 days . .
My neighbor went with another realtor (but of coures) but his house has been on the market for 209 days . . . at this point I can't even come up with a reasonable response for what else could be done . . . apparently "price reduction" is . . . FIGHTING WORDS . . . so there it sits . . .

Dont you love that, my neighbor and best friend from high school listed with another agent. I was pissed off, it turned out funny I put my house on first and sold in 35 days and we moved out of that neighborhood, then I get the call that Jeff is putting his house on and letting me know ahead of time so I just didnt see it come on the mls. So it came on the market and sat for like 8 months not selling. I got my revenge.

hahaha, I had a neighbor in Harrisonburg a long time ago who absolutely refused to drop his prices above $150,000 in a $100,000 neighborhood (this was back when the dollar was actually worth something).
It took him 2 years to sell....guess what the houses were worth then LOL

Some people who bought late have no 'move' room. That's the problem for them. Some can't lower the price and sell. If you owe more than it's worth you stuck.

It's always bad when that happens because it gets uncomforable for everyone. They didn't hire you and can't sell and they can't really ask your opinion because they didn't hire you to begin with...it's all tough!

I am become furious when my friends and family don't give me business. It has caused a lot of hard feelings, but at the same time I can usually understand why they went the way they did after the initial temper tantrum.
