I am wanting to have a couple of different blogs. I would like to have one that is real estate related and start another one just about running, triathlons, endurance sports etc. Can I do all of this with the same typepad account (different web address) or will I need to register for 2 typepad accounts? Thanks for your help.

Im not a big fan of typepad and i never used it but i think it depends on the package you bought
http://www.typepad.com/pricing/ Basic only allows one blog Plus allows up to 3 Pro and up allows unlimited blogs just wondering, why use typepad ??

typepad sites don't rank well in search engines, either.
an alternative would be blogger.com or wordpress.com

I'd have to agree. Seems like wordpress will fit you best, and it's free.

I would agree with the others, Wordpress is the absolute best platform. Plus you can set up several blogs.
