I sure hope it is. I have been working on getting my web site ranked better for the last couple of weeks and would love to see myself in the top 10. Right now I am only 31 for "anchorage real estate". It's not a huge market up here so hopefully it will not be too difficult. Any tips would be appreciated.

Things have been going nuts for anyone not in the top 3. It's happening across industry - some people think there's a new randomization aspect to the algo dubbed "randall." If this is the case, I don't think it is good for the serps, and I don't see it lasting. Like most things SEO, the reason behind the movement is pure speculation. However, it's definitely happening.
