My regards to the community, I would be seeking your advice on some matter. I have some interests in real estate and have read that foreclosure is an efficient way to gather up profits. I would like a little more thought on this…as to how does the whole thing work and how can we invest properly in pre-foreclosures to earn secure profits.

It's a wide subject. I suggest you to Google it, read and learn from there.
Make sure to make your profit when you buy, not when you sell... Good luck.. |

That is good advice. I'd like to add that if you're going to get involved with any type of real estate investing, regardless of what strategy you decide on, make sure you know what you're doing. One of the biggest mistakes new investors make is that they try to just figure it out and go through the school of hard knocks. If you have money to burn, go that route. Granted, you can never eliminate the risk, but there are some things you can do to reduce the risk, like being educated. And I don't mean just reading books and going to seminars. Don't short change your future. Invest in yourself and it will pay you back exponentially. I have a student who plugged into our system and within 12 months he owns 6 properties with over $3K monthly cash flow. You can take a look at the link below for details if you're interested. Good luck!

I would also avoid just looking for foreclosures. Generally its a good idea to look for properties that are good deals regardless of whether they are a foreclosure or not. Some foreclosures are overpriced. And some non foreclosures are under priced. A lot of first time investors run into problems buying a foreclosure and just assuming its a good deal simply because it has a foreclosure sticker.
