I am not recieving lead notifications within a few minutes of registration. I just recieved notification of a lead registration several hours post their registration. This is not ok. as you know, getting in touch with a lead within 4 hours is critical. pls correct this asap

I do use outlook and I have setup an e-mail account on my I-phone. Sometimes the leads show up right away and other times it does not.

Do they show up late in outlook? or just your iPhone?

I suspect that the iPhone does not check your email continuously but only checks once in a while and that is why it is sometimes slow.
