Not sure where the suggestion box is on this site, but it would be helpful to have in the drop down box for the customers number to have one of them say cell phone.
If you needed to do away with one of them, get rid of wrong bad number- I always delete those but copy to my remarks in case someone was dyslexic like my fingers are sometimes when I type. Thanks

Hi Gregg,
I'm not sure which drop down box you're referring to. Could you be a little more specific? Vera |

Sorry Vera, when on the CMS 1 or 2 that you have the customers name there is a drop down menu for the tele, None for the most used one, the cell phone. Hope that clarifies it. Gregg

So are you saying you want an additional box for cell phone #? Why would it be on the dropdown? That's for the status of the number.

I thought - and if there was a suggestion box, this is where it was to, that one of the drop down should indicate if the number was a cell phone.
I think having an indication that a phone is a home, work and cell phone are the choices one should have. You have the first two, but many people use their cell phone as their primary contact. I do almost exclusively and many customers give me only that number. So as an idea when you guys do the CMS upgrade, I think it should be one of those. I think wrong, bad number, has no merit on the drop down list. I normally cut it out an indicate to myself in notes at the bottom that it was bad. Sometimes people give the 000 000 0000 for the numbers. If someone is dyslexic and the number may be good, but is off a digit due to typing, I will put the correct number up top. Just an idea for later. Thanks. BTW is there a suggestion box area on the forum, not specific site issues, or customizations?
