Default receive new listings ?

When one has a customer that has checked the NO to receive new listings

"Recieve New Listings: Yes No "

does it also stop any e-mail campaigns that a customer would get? It appears so, but want to find out as I just noticed a customer I thought was getting contacted shows no record in the history tab of receiving such. The e-mails are not of listings, but staying in front of the customer stuff. Thanks

Hello Gregg

By default that setting will only affect the saved search emails. But I know you have had a lot of customizations to your CMS. I will check and see if that has been changed on your site.

I checked your site. There appears to not be any code to prevent campaigns from going to users who have checked NO on Recieve New Listings

I unfortunately don't recall who that was, but I had checked here for my campaigns of new to site,and in the history tab there was nothing sent and I think she was here in June. That does bring up a question. How can I know when a campaign ends for a customer and is there a way to track campaigns? Is there a snippet or some autoresponder that I can put in to alert me that the campaign is ending?

There is no way currently to keep track of this. You could post a work order to get an estimate though.
